Re: AUTHORIZED ONLINE SELLER OF MAKITA PRODUCTS

Dear Customers,

Please be aware that many sellers offering Makita products on e-commerce platforms are NOT authorized online sellers. Always ensure that you purchase Makita products exclusively from our authorized online sellers.

PLEASE NOTE THAT MAKITA PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM UNAUTHORIZED ONLINE SELLERS WILL NOT BE COVERED BY MAKITA’S WARRANTY.

Makita’s authorized online sellers are chosen for their dedication to selling only genuine Makita products. Items sold by our authorized online sellers are sourced directly from Makita Power Tools (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. or through legitimate distribution channels, ensuring they are eligible for our warranty coverage.

However, some sellers obtain Makita products from unknown or improper sources. Products sold by unauthorized sellers may be stolen, defective, damaged, pirated, or unsuitable for use in Malaysia. Due to these risks, we do not provide warranty coverage for Makita products sold online by unauthorized sellers. Therefore, we strongly advise exercising caution when purchasing our products online.

You can always find the most up-to-date list of Makita’s authorized online sellers on our website at www.makita.my. For further assistance, please contact our customer service at 03-8023-0824.
